Why the filter press happen spray material phenomenon?

Generally speaking, if not the fault of the machine itself, the reasons as following:

1, the inlet pressure is too high, it will cause spray material, for this situation we will recommend that users in the feed line not to install the pressure gauge, this problem will be solved soon.

2, the top tight force of filter plate is not enough, leading to the feed pressure increases, the force between the filter plates distraction gap, spraying material.

For this situation, only increase the pressure of plate can solve this problem.

3, the sealing surface has filter cake and other debris attached, after pressing the filter plate still has a larger gap exists, for this situation, only remove the cake and clean the sealing surface can solve this problem.

4, the plates sealing surface has grooves or the filter plate itself is damaged, replace the faulty filter plate can solve this problem.
