The CGR recessed filter plate is widely used for any filtration processes with normal dry solids filtration demands. it is made of polypropylene for superior corrosion resistance and long service life.
1 The chamber filter plate is made of Pure PP, not contain other material, high strength, light weight, non-toxic and tasteless.
2 This filter plate allow less chance of leakage and non-gaskated type of plate due to an o-ring seal around the chamber and the filtrate pots.
3 There are different performance filter plate for different working conditions, such as working pressure 0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa etc,or working temperature, normal temperature, high temperature(>75) etc.
4 Different size for choice, such as 700*700, 800*800, 870*870mm etc.
5 The filter plate is processed by the automated milling machine,every plate is smooth and no leakage when working.
