Q: What’s the filtration discharge way?

A: Two filtrate discharging way for choice: open type outlet and close type outlet.

Close type outlet suitable for the toxic, odorous, volatile, flammable materials.

 

Q: If processing corrosive material, how to do antiseptic treatment?

A: For antiseptic treatment, the frame of filter press frame is covered with stainless steel 304 or 316L, or sprayed with anticorrosive paint.

 

Q: If the material to be filterd has a high filtering temperature, what type filter plate for choice?

A: There are different material filter plate for choice, for normal working temperature(15-65C), PP filter plate is enough, if higher working temperature, for example 85C, can consider the high temperature resistant filter plate, if much high working temperature, for example 100C, can consider the cast iron or stainless steel filter plate, high temperature resistance.

 

Q: What automatic function for choice?

A: Except the manual type filter press, there also have automatic filter press for choice, which saving labor cost, increase the working efficiency.

The automatic functions include: automatic plate shifting, automatic cake discharging, automatic cake delivering, automatic cloth washing, automatic plate flip etc.

According to the material conditions and client requirement, confirm the automatic function selection of filter press.

 

Q: Do you also provide the matching equipment?

A: Yes, except the filter press, we also provide its matching equipment, for example, water sink, workbench, feeding pump, conveyor etc.And also provide the accessories, for example, filter plate, filter cloth etc.

 

Q: What’s the acceptable payment method?

A: T/T and L/C are acceptable and T/T will be more appreciated.

Payment terms: 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% to be paid before delivery by T/T.
