Introduction of Plate And Frame Filter Press
Hydraulic plate and frame filter press is the cost-effective solution for producing high solids filter cake with extremely high clarity in the liquid effluent, it is precisely made by high quality cast iron and nodular cast iron. It is suitable for filtrating high temperature material with high strength filter plate, high pressure filtrating load, long service life. It can be widely used to separate solid and liquid in petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, grease and ceramic industries
Features

1 Hydraulic plate and frame filter press is made of cast iron or ductile iron, especially suitable for filtration of high temperature materials

1 The filter plate & frame is made of cast iron, can resist high temperature and high pressure,has long service life, every plate is tested under high closing pressure.

2 Cast iron construction ensures its ultra strong resistance to high temperature, the applicable temperature can reach 280 ℃.

3 Main beam is made of high quality carbon steel with sand blasting processing, not easy to out of shape, high intensity and corrosion resisting.

4 Its compressing way is by hydraulic compression, simple and easy to operate, saving labor.

5 Widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, solid-liquid separation of oil, ceramics and other industries.

6 Simple in structure, good filtering effect,easy to change filter cloth,easy operation.

7 Service and maintenance requirements are low.

Working principle and structure
Hydraulic plate and frame filter press machine consist of frame ,filter plate ,pressing system(manual, mechanical or hydraulic ) and electric control cabinet, the frame consists of base , push plate and girder and supports the pressing device and filter plates, and the filter plates are installed on girder between tail plate and push plate , with filter cloth sandwiched in them. In operation , the pressing device drives the push plate to press the filter plates and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate, filter chambers are formed between pressed filter plates and material get in to the filter chambers through the feeding port in tail plate, the solid particles are trapped in filter chambers form into cakes, while liquid is discharged out of the tail plate.
