1Automatic functions includes automatic compression plate, automatic pressure keeping, automatic plate shifting, automatic cake discharging, automatic flip.

2Automatic plate shifting system is auxiliary function for cake discharging, after finish filtration, this device can automatically pull plates and cake discharging, it not only improve the efficiency of the filter and reduces the labor intensity, but also can reduce the filter caused by human factors board irregulararrangement.

3Adding the automatic flip device, receiving the dripped liquid, prevent the liquid flowing everywhere.

4The main material of frame is carbon steel:Q235, beams with rectangular tube seamless welding, special frame deformation, strong and durable.

5Filter plates is made of pure PP, do not contain other filler. not recycled material, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali, non-toxic and tasteless. There have different filter plate for different working conditions, for example, normal working temperature(15-65C), high temperature resistant filter plate(65-85C), high working pressure filter plate(<1.0Mpa) etc.

6Various kinds of chamber filter press machine filter cloth which suit for different kinds of material, improving the filtering accuracy.

7There have two the filtration discharging way for choice, open type outlet(with water faucet) and close type outlet.
